Delivery is free for orders over 60 BGN.
For orders under 60 BGN, the delivery fee is 3.99 BGN.
Payment is made upon delivery and is cash on delivery.
Orders placed by 3:00 PM on a business day are fulfilled the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM on a business day are processed the next business day.
Orders placed on a non-business day are processed on the first business day.
Deliveries are made via a courier company to the address you specify or to the courier company's office.
A product can be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, provided it has not been used and the integrity of its packaging has not been compromised.
The Royal series by Botanical offers a specially created children's tea called "Fairy Tale World".
Most of our teas can be safely consumed by pregnant women, but we advise you to familiarize yourself with the ingredients of your chosen tea in advance, in case of intolerance to any of the herbs it contains.
Depending on the composition of each tea, some of them may have a mild laxative effect.
Our products contain only natural sweeteners, unless otherwise specified in the ingredients list.
Botanical teas are made from natural ingredients and do not cause addiction or side effects, so they can be consumed daily.
